Lovely to work with and happy to accommodate schedule changes and last minute decisions. Well organized and quick to catch onto individual style preferences.

We were new to the Raleigh area and after extensive research, selected Lavish to
remodel our laundry and primary bath rooms. Haydn Thomas led the design phase of
our project. After listening to our needs and desires, Thomas provided multiple design
ideas that were not only creative, but aligned beautifully with what we had envisioned.
Haydn’s recommendations for color schemes and fixtures could not have been more
perfect! Charlie Strickland led our remodel project. Charlie’s professionalism, attention
to detail, and flexibility throughout the project, were second to none! Strickland
explained the various project stages in great detail and kept us informed of activities
from beginning to end. Everytime (and there were several) we made decisions to
“tweek” the original design, Charlie’s response was always the same, “no problem, we
can do that.” The completed project could not have turned out better and we intend to
commission Lavish again when we decide to remodel our kitchen.

The Team at Lavish did an outstanding job with our renovation. Eason is a fantastic designer to work with, and overall we are very pleased with the outcome. Jonathan is exceptional on the construction side, and their trades are very good at what they do. Jenny and Charlie were great with getting the project off the ground. I would highly recommend Lavish.

We had an amazing experience working with Lavish on a big renovation: turning a large, unused secondary master suite into two beautiful bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom for our girls. After meeting with three other contractors in the area, we chose Lavish because their approach from the very beginning felt transparent, professional, and organized.

The design process with Eason was smooth and efficient, and the construction was done very well and with lots of transparent communication. We were on a tight timeline to finish everything before our baby arrived, and they delivered before I delivered!

But the best part of working with Lavish was the communication. I’ve never worked with a contractor who responded so quickly, kept me so informed, and provided weekly updates without me having to ask (thanks Charlie). That level of care and communication made the entire project stress-free. They even went above and beyond by giving us a sweet gift for our newborn after she arrived. Truly such a thoughtful touch.

I highly recommend Lavish to anyone looking for a design and build team you can trust, they exceeded our expectations!

You will not find a more competent and trustworthy couple than Chris and Jenny. They do beautiful work and take just as much care on the client service.

Our family is incredibly grateful to the team at Lavish for their exceptional work. We could not be more pleased with the finished product, which was completed ahead of schedule. Charlie is a very knowledgeable contractor and quick problem-solver. Eason guided us through the process with patience and warmth. They prioritized our family’s needs throughout the process and were quick to address any challenges along the way. We highly recommend this team!

I began working with Eason at Lavish when we bought our house. In the past year that I’ve worked with Eason, she has been instrumental in helping to transform our house into a home. Eason is so talented, and fun to work with, and we can’t wait to start our kitchen remodel!

We recently worked with Aly from Lavish to design a few rooms in our new home and we’re very pleased with the results! Aly is professional and has a great eye for design. She listened to our preferences and created a space that feels both stylish and personal!!

I had Lavish help me re-work my kitchen and laundry room. They had great suggestions that helped us transform the two spaces. I cannot say enough good things about the construction crew. Charlie and his team are the best communicators I have ever encountered, easy to work with and got the job done ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again.
