Haydn helped us reimagine our playroom and laundry room. She was incredibly helpful at listening to what we envisioned, picking out all the little details and helping us feel confident in our design choices. We love our new spaces and look forward to working with Haydn and Lavish again!

Two years later… we worked with Haydn and Lavish again! They helped us build a new all season sun room and patio from the ground up. Haydn helped us with the full vision, the team onsite (led by Charlie and Daniel) was incredibly nice and friendly, the design came to life beautifully and we love our new sunroom. We are already dreaming of our next project and will be calling on Haydn and the Lavish team again soon.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently did a kitchen refresh to update everything but cabinets and flooring, the Lavish team was wonderful. Hayden, Charlie and Roberto were professional, responsive and knowledgeable. From start to finish, they treated us like we were their only project, giving us their full attention. I have used other luxury designers/contractors in Raleigh and Lavish was by far a grade above. The entire process was stress free and that was because of the entire Lavish team!

We were new to the Raleigh area and after extensive research, selected Lavish to
remodel our laundry and primary bath rooms. Haydn Thomas led the design phase of
our project. After listening to our needs and desires, Thomas provided multiple design
ideas that were not only creative, but aligned beautifully with what we had envisioned.
Haydn’s recommendations for color schemes and fixtures could not have been more
perfect! Charlie Strickland led our remodel project. Charlie’s professionalism, attention
to detail, and flexibility throughout the project, were second to none! Strickland
explained the various project stages in great detail and kept us informed of activities
from beginning to end. Everytime (and there were several) we made decisions to
“tweek” the original design, Charlie’s response was always the same, “no problem, we
can do that.” The completed project could not have turned out better and we intend to
commission Lavish again when we decide to remodel our kitchen.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Team at Lavish did an outstanding job with our renovation. Eason is a fantastic designer to work with, and overall we are very pleased with the outcome. Jonathan is exceptional on the construction side, and their trades are very good at what they do. Jenny and Charlie were great with getting the project off the ground. I would highly recommend Lavish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing experience working with Lavish on a big renovation: turning a large, unused secondary master suite into two beautiful bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom for our girls. After meeting with three other contractors in the area, we chose Lavish because their approach from the very beginning felt transparent, professional, and organized.

The design process with Eason was smooth and efficient, and the construction was done very well and with lots of transparent communication. We were on a tight timeline to finish everything before our baby arrived, and they delivered before I delivered!

But the best part of working with Lavish was the communication. I’ve never worked with a contractor who responded so quickly, kept me so informed, and provided weekly updates without me having to ask (thanks Charlie). That level of care and communication made the entire project stress-free. They even went above and beyond by giving us a sweet gift for our newborn after she arrived. Truly such a thoughtful touch.

I highly recommend Lavish to anyone looking for a design and build team you can trust, they exceeded our expectations!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our family is incredibly grateful to the team at Lavish for their exceptional work. We could not be more pleased with the finished product, which was completed ahead of schedule. Charlie is a very knowledgeable contractor and quick problem-solver. Eason guided us through the process with patience and warmth. They prioritized our family’s needs throughout the process and were quick to address any challenges along the way. We highly recommend this team!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I began working with Eason at Lavish when we bought our house. In the past year that I’ve worked with Eason, she has been instrumental in helping to transform our house into a home. Eason is so talented, and fun to work with, and we can’t wait to start our kitchen remodel!
